Professional Development Resource for Registered Training Organisation Staff
The aim of this resource is to provide information on RPL for staff of registered training organisations. Sections of the resource are:
- assessment, development and delivery staff
- client service staff
- business and marketing staff
- recording and reporting staff
This resource provides information on a number of aspects of RPL, including case studies, examples, and activities in RPL practice, links to additional reading and resources and an individualised learning journal and action planner. The resource is available as a dynamic resource that you can run on your computer.
Computer System Requirements Windows 98 or greater, 64MB RAM and a CD-ROM drive.
- The 'Your First Step...' resource is a zip archive. You may need a program such as winzip to extract the files.
To download a copy of the 'Your First Step...' resource:
- Right click on the download link and select 'Save Target As...'
- Choose an appropriate spot to save the zip file (e.g My documents or the Desktop) and click 'Save'.
- Once the zip folder has been downloaded, you will need to extract all of the files using you zip software. Most zip programs will start automatically when you double click on the zip file.
- Once you have extracted all of the files simply click on the RPL_Resource.exe and the resource will open.
